Local Business Reviews:

Main Street Burgers

20 S. Santa Cruz Avenue

Los Gatos, CA 95030

Main Street Burgers is a winner in every way. From the idyllic downtown Los Gatos location to the excellent food for the price, my family and I love to come here on a weekly basis. The menu is varied; this isn’t your run-of-the-mill burger joint but the ones they offer are a good variety, in addition to being able to create-your-own. I typically order the no-frills Main Street Original burger but EVERYTHING is good: the salads, chicken tenders, other sandwiches, shakes, all top-notch.

Food aside, I love the ample outside seating, all in the shade and with some bushes for a little privacy from the street. The service is friendly and quick; this place is run like a well-oiled machine. I can honestly say that we have never had a negative experience. This is casual dining at its very finest.

Aldo's Ristorante & Bar

14109 S Winchester Blvd

Los Gatos, CA 95032

Aldo’s is one of those increasingly fading institutions of Italian cuisine that offers huge portions and old-fashioned service. Although not located in downtown Los Gatos (it’s actually across the street from the Netflix headquarters and how often can you say that?) in a non-descript shopping center, but this allows for ample parking.

Every time we visit Aldo’s we need to-go boxes because the portions are THAT HUGE. And this is written by the girl who lived in Italy for years and loves her pasta. Warmed up for lunch the next day, Aldo’s food tastes just as good (dare I say even better?).

Beyond the food and impeccable service, the ambience is just right. I could see the interior working for a date night, a business dinner, or just a family out for a big meal.

Aldo’s is a win-win. You won’t be disappointed.
